PremPDI - Predicts the Effects of Mutations on

Protein-DNA Interactions

PremPDI can be used to evaluate the effects of variations and disease mutations on protein-DNA interactions only for soluble complexes. It predicts if a mutation disrupts an interaction and calculates the change in binding affinity. The structure of a protein-DNA complex is required for this method.
