File: S248.txt: Training dataset. Terms in S248.txt: PDB Id: The PDB entry of the protein-RNA complex. Mutated Chain: Protein chain with mutation. Mutation_PDB: The mutation corresponding to the residue numbering found in the protein databank. The first character is one letter amino acid code for the wild-type residue, the second to penultimate characters indicate residue number, and the final character indicates the mutant amino acid. DDGexp: Experimental changes of binding affinity upon a single mutation (in kcal/mol). PremPRI: Predicted Binding affinity change (in kcal/mol), and positive and negative signs correspond to the mutations decreasing and increasing binding affinity respectively. Interface: Whether the mutation occurs at the protein-RNA binding interface (yes/no). When a residue’s solvent accessible surface area in the complex is lower than in the unbound partner, it is defined as located at the interface. The rest of columns show the contribution of each feature for every mutation, and the description of each feature can be found in Method page.
